I design, carve, and cast the medals myself. The medals are made of lead-free pewter and have designs on both sides. The pendant comes with a jump ring (see photo 1), so it can easily be attached to any chain you have. This listing is for the pendant alone, but it does come with a split ring so it can also be used on a key chain (see photo of packaging). Each medal comes in a felt jewelry pouch with a history card that states:

The usual patron of dancers is St. Vitus, but he didn’t dance. St. Teresa, however, did: there are stories of her dancing on feast days while playing the castanets and of her playing a tambourine so her Carmelite sisters could dance. She did this because, like Francis and other saints, she knew that religion without joy is false religion: dancing was a symbol of blessing. Teresa, a Doctor of the Church, was one of the greatest writers in history on the subject of mystical prayer. She understood the subject deeply because she, through years of contemplation, had experienced union with the divine. Thus she danced. This medal of Teresa dancing was handmade at In the Co. of Saints.

Dimensions of pendant: 1 1/8 in. high x 3/4 wide x 3/16 deep
